This astronomy application has an easy to use and minimalist user interface, that makes it one of the best astronomical applications for adults and children who want to explore the night sky. Identify stars, constellations, planets, comets, satellites (such as the ISS), and other deep sky objects in real time in the sky above you in just a few seconds, just by pointing the phone at the sky!
↳ Challenges Q&A and target suggestions.Stellarium Mobile is a planetarium app that shows exactly what you see when you look up at the stars.

Next step, locate latest drivers for video, will let y'all know. Mini PC, Intel HD Graphics, Driver version 20., dated, Windows 10 Pro Ver 2004Ĭhanged color depth from 32 to 16 in RDP, no fix. And if not, I will eventually figure out what is causing the problem and post it here. Started this thread in the hopes that someone else had come across this problem and knows the answer so I don't have to fight with it. If there are no other apps running besides Stellarium, using Alt Tab updates the screen and shows whatever I selected I switched back to APT and then back to Stellarium and behold, there it was displaying data on what ever I had clicked on, wow! Obviously a display driver issue. However, it didn't appear to respond to the keyboard or mouse. I opened APT and then switched apps using Alt Tab and seeing Stellarium in the list, I selected it and behold, there it is. I went back to remote desktop and still nothing. I hook up monitor and login locally and Stellarium is there and works fine. I run Stellarium and nothing seems to happen. Currently connected over ethernet but will go Wi Fi in the field.
I'm using a mini PC for remote control with my laptop. And I have come across the most bizarre of issues. After several hours of trial and error I got everyti8ng actually talking to APT. I got the guide equipment camera last week along with other electronics so U figured I would set everything up on the PC that will be running the imaging session. Everything is here except for the telescope itself. It's been a while since I've posted, been busy these last few months while I've been waiting for my scope to to arrive that ordered back in February.
